Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within this time frame for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
How to Return Your Item
Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps to process your return:

- Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
- Package your item securely in the original packaging, including any tags or labels, and affix the provided return label.
- Drop off your return package at the nearest shipping carrier.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your bag for a different color, size, or style, simply follow the same process as for a return. Once your return is received and processed, we will ship your new item. Shipping fees for the new item will apply.
Refunds
Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Refunds will only be issued for the product price and shipping charges for the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. We may ask for photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
